Q:   I’ve purchased a Clever Clubhouse membership. How do I activate my account?

A:  When you signed up for a trial membership with Clever Clubhouse, you should have received a Welcome Kit via either email or regular mail (please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery). The Welcome Kit features a member ID and an activation code you will need to create your account. If you did not receive your Welcome Kit, please call Clever Clubhouse toll-free at 888-617-CLUB.

Once you have located your member number and activation code, setting up your Clever Clubhouse account is easy. Simply follow these instructions:

Go to http://www.cleverclubhouse.com

Type in your member number and activation code and continue with the registration process. This will include choosing user names and passwords for your family and installing our Clever Accelerator software.

Once you’ve activated your account, Clever Clubhouse and Clever Island are yours to explore. Just go to http://www.cleverclubhouse.com and log in, or click on the Clever Clubhouse Desktop Shortcut on your desktop.
You won’t need the activation code again once you’ve created your Clever Clubhouse account. All you’ll need to log in is your user name and password.


Q:   How do I access the members-only site?

A:  Go to www.cleverclubhouse.com, and sign-in using your user name and password. Your children can access their special versions of Clever Clubhouse using their own user names and passwords.


Q:   When will charges appear on my credit card?

A:  Membership fees will be charged to your credit card immediately after your trial period, unless you cancel before the trial period ends. After the initial charge, you will be billed on the first day of each period of service. (The period of service will vary according to the terms of your membership agreement, and may range from one month to one year.) The product descriptor on your credit card billing statement will read "TLG*CLVCLUBHSE".


Q:   How do I renew my membership?

A:  Unless you notify Clever Clubhouse that you do not wish to renew your membership, we will automatically renew your membership at the end of each term and bill the then-current renewal fee to the billing method designated by you when you joined.


Q:   Can I cancel and get a refund of my membership fee?

A:  If you cancel your membership during your trial period, you will not owe any annual membership fee. If you discontinue your membership at any time after the trial period, you can receive a refund for the full unused portion of that year's membership fee.


Q:   How do I cancel my membership?

A:  If you are feeling dissatisfied with your Clever Clubhouse experience, we hope you’ll give our Customer Care Center a chance to make things better. However, if you wish to cancel your Clever Clubhouse membership, our Billing Department will be happy to oblige. You can reach our Customer Service and Billing staff at our toll-free number 1-888-617-CLUB (1-888-617-2582). We can be reached from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
