Q: How many Student Accounts can I create? A: With a regular subscription to Clever Island, you automatically receive 30 Student Accounts, each with its own user name and password. |

Q: What happens if we forget a user name or password? A: On the Clever Island login screen, click on the Forgot Password button and follow the instructions. We will send your account’s user names and passwords to the e-mail address you list in your account information. |

Q: How do I change a user name?
A: Unfortunately, once selected, a user name can not be changed. |

Q: What should I do if a student needs harder or easier activities than are offered at his or her age level?
A: Clever Island automatically delivers a suite of age-appropriate activities to each
user. However, our educational experts recognize that each child is unique and learns at his or her own
pace. If in your opinion a student needs activities more or less difficult than he or she is receiving,
you can change his or her level of difficulty. The difficulty switch is located in our Teacher Control
Center. To adjust this setting, log in with your Teacher Account’s user name and password and click on
Student Information.
You can also give any student the ability to change the difficulty level of Clever Island for himself
or herself. The switch for this option is also reached through the Student information link in our
Teacher Control Center. |
